Job Summary

As a Senior IT Strategy Manager, you will be a crucial player in shaping the overall IT strategy for Siemens Healthineers, ensuring alignment with global business objectives. Your daily responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to IT leadership, driving business and IT transformation using global best practices, and coordinating technology assessments (e.g., Citizen Development, Low Code, Cloud, APIs) to develop multi-year platform roadmaps. The role requires a degree in (Business) Informatics or Industrial Engineering, coupled with extensive, long-standing professional experience in strategic IT management, digital transformation, and organizational change, preferably gained within a consulting environment or the medical technology sector. You must also possess proven leadership skills and be fluent in both English and German to thrive in this international setting.
