Job Summary

This Senior Service Engineer role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by providing expert field service for continuous process gas analysis systems. The core responsibilities include traveling extensively (approximately 80% nationally, primarily within North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany) to customer sites to perform installation, configuration, repair, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of complex Siemens analytical equipment. The successful candidate will leverage deep technical knowledge in process gas measurement principles, such as Infrared Absorption, Paramagnetism, and Laser Spectroscopy, to resolve industrial customer problems and manage service contracts efficiently. This position requires a certified Electrician (EFK) qualification, a background in relevant engineering fields, and strong communication skills to conduct product training and collaborate effectively with sales and technical support teams, all while strictly adhering to EHS regulations.
