Job Summary

This role seeks a Control Systems/Electrical Engineer to drive the digitalization of engineering processes for a globally leading company specializing in process engineering plant construction in the Oelde area. The core focus involves optimizing and standardizing complex systems by configuring, capturing, and cataloging electronic components necessary for developing a digital product configurator. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the central liaison between technical departments and configuration tool development, coordinating standardization efforts across all product teams, and developing application-specific standard control solutions, particularly for centrifuges. The successful candidate will also maintain and audit standard modules and manage system interfaces to ensure a fully digitized engineering workflow. Candidates must possess a university degree or certified technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or a related field, coupled with initial professional experience in standard-compliant control cabinet construction and modular control engineering. Strong communication skills in both German and English are required for success in this varied, full-time, permanent position.
