Job Summary
This specialist role focuses on driving the modernization and digitalization efforts within the Donnersbergkreis District Administration. The professional will be responsible for central process management, which includes conducting workshops and assisting with organizational reviews to optimize administrative workflows. A critical component of the job involves implementing administrative digitalization projects, particularly those related to Document Management Systems (DMS) and compliance with the Online Access Act (OZG). Furthermore, the role involves managing the internal idea and suggestion system. Candidates must possess qualifications suitable for the higher administrative service, such as a relevant university degree with process management specialization or the Advanced Employee Course II certification. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in understanding and managing administrative structures and processes
- Professional experience in process management, change management, and lean management methodologies
- Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) (advantageous)
