Job Summary
This doctoral researcher position, based at the Institute for Neuroimmunology and Multiple Sclerosis (INIMS) at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE), focuses on investigating immunoregulatory secretory networks during pregnancy and their modulation in Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The role is part of the DFG-funded Collaborative Research Center (CRC) 1713 and involves applying advanced molecular, cellular, and immunological methods, including flow cytometry, cell culture, sequencing, and proteomics, often utilizing mouse models. The successful candidate will join the CRC Graduate School, benefiting from structured doctoral supervision and an international study program. Key requirements include a scientific university degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, or related life sciences, practical experience in core cell and molecular biology techniques, and fluent English proficiency. This is a part-time, fixed-term position, offering a chance to contribute to cutting-edge research in neuroimmunology.

- Experience with cell culture and immunological methods (advantageous)
- Experience handling laboratory animals (FELASA B Certificate advantageous)
