Job Summary

This leadership role requires an experienced professional to define, refine, and lead the organization's IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) standards and processes, ensuring alignment with global goals and best practices. The Team Lead will direct an assigned governance team, aligning their goals using OKR methodologies, and mentoring staff for growth and accountability. A core responsibility involves owning IT quality and control processes, collaborating with GRC teams globally, and establishing key performance indicators to monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant field (IT or Economics) and demonstrate a minimum of five years of professional experience in IT within regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals or biotechnology. Crucially, the role demands at least five years of proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and implementing large-scale IT governance programs, coupled with in-depth knowledge of frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 37000.
