Job Summary
This role places the Analyst/Associate within BioNTech's global finance team, focusing on high-profile, business-critical functions that directly impact the company's strategic mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing financial models, conducting valuations, and long-term financial planning. The incumbent will identify new growth opportunities, evaluate build/buy/partner scenarios, and support the negotiation and execution of strategic transactions, such as M&A, collaborations, and equity investments. The position requires close collaboration with BioNTech’s leadership and cross-functional teams (Legal, R&D, Commercial) to develop comprehensive business cases and drive the business development agenda. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree, at least two years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, or biopharma, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and a genuine interest in the biotech industry.

- At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, biopharma, and/or comparable experience
- Professional experience acting as a strategic thinking partner to senior management and the Board
