Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role seeks a dedicated Development Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering to drive innovation within the field of inductive components. The core responsibilities include planning and coordinating development projects, calculating and designing inductive components based on customer specifications, and actively introducing new magnet technologies and development tools. You will be instrumental in accompanying projects from the prototype phase through to series production, working closely with manufacturing sites. Day-to-day tasks involve setting up and documenting tests, creating essential documentation like data sheets and Bills of Materials (BOMs), and providing crucial technical support to customers, which includes occasional business travel. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering and proven professional experience in electromagnetism, soft magnetic materials, and inductors. The ideal candidate must also possess fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) skills, and demonstrate a structured, solution-oriented approach to complex technical challenges.
