Electrical Assembly Coordinator | Elektrotechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Electrician eager to take on coordination and leadership responsibilities within varied industrial projects across Europe. The coordinator will be responsible for the successful execution of electrical assembly projects in plant construction. Day-to-day tasks include creating 3D cable routing plans using CAD, selecting appropriate material, performing collision checks, and coordinating paths with clients. You will conduct on-site measurements, implement minor modifications, and manage external assembly teams of 4-6 people, ensuring all work adheres to required standards and norms. The position requires a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and a background in industrial electrical systems, not residential installations. Success in this role hinges on effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and a willingness to travel extensively (approx. 50%) throughout Europe.
