SAP HCM Consultant and ABAP Developer | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant and Developer who will be crucial in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving the company's Human Capital Management systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing essential First- and Second-Level support, analyzing and successfully implementing SAP HCM processes, and collaborating closely with specialist departments to optimize business workflows. A key technical aspect involves performing SAP HCM customizing and utilizing skills in FIORI/SAP UI5 (JavaScript, OData) to design modern user interfaces. The candidate must also independently develop extensions and adaptations using ABAP and ABAP OO. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Economics and possesses several years of professional experience as an SAP Inhouse Consultant or ABAP Developer, coupled with extensive knowledge of SAP modules like PA, PY, OM, ESS/MSS.
