Job Summary

This role involves the precise manufacturing and maintenance of simple to complex cables and assemblies for KNDS Deutschland, a leading system house in European military land systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include isolating wires, shrinking tubing, crimping and soldering contacts, and assembling connectors, all strictly according to technical standards, drawings, and work plans. A crucial aspect of the job is performing thorough self-inspections and undertaking repair and maintenance tasks on existing components. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in Electronics or Mechatronics, or demonstrate extensive professional experience in cable and assembly production. Expertise in soldering, ideally conforming to IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 standards, is essential.
