Job Summary

This challenging role requires a highly skilled professional to lead a small team of two experienced software engineers focused on cutting-edge predevelopment in tracking and sensor fusion for automotive and traffic radar systems. The Team Lead will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and robust implementation of state-of-the-art algorithms for information and sensor fusion, alongside developing essential day-to-day tools. A core part of the role involves researching, testing, and integrating novel algorithms for object tracking, nonlinear state estimation, and occupancy grid mapping, requiring close cooperation with adjacent development teams. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, coupled with several years of hands-on Python software development experience. Proficiency in professional tracking software and outstanding mathematical abilities are essential.
