Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Digital Hardware Design Engineer to lead a team of digital hardware engineers focused on high-performance automotive and traffic radar sensor technology. The Team Lead will coordinate all hardware-related activities for internal sensor development and external customer projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the team, contributing to the design of high-performance digital hardware using tools like Altium Designer (circuit design and layout), and managing project activities from specification and schematic design through testing and documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, possesses solid practical experience as a senior or principal engineer in digital hardware design, and has proven experience in team leadership and project management.
