Job Summary

This full-time, permanent Project Coordinator role, based on a 37-hour week, is with a leading transmission system operator in the energy sector. The core responsibility involves maintaining the project plan, prioritizing work packages, and ensuring seamless collaboration across various projects. A critical aspect is representing operational interests, coordinating the involvement of operational personnel in key processes like design reviews, quality inspections, and training. The coordinator will develop and monitor the Operational Readiness Plan according to internal standards, manage operational risks, and contribute to overall project quality assurance. Candidates must possess a successfully completed technical degree, such as in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Strong coordination, communication, and a solution-oriented approach are essential. Fluency in German and very good English skills are required, along with a Class B driver's license and flexibility for regular travel within Germany and optional quarterly travel to Dubai.
