Job Summary

This full-time position (37 hours/week) supports a renowned transmission system operator in the energy sector, focusing on the preparation and implementation of planning approval procedures for substations. The role involves significant internal coordination, guiding new internal workflows, and managing external service providers in substation planning. Key responsibilities include preparing work packages for large-scale grid expansion projects, managing public approval and authorization procedures (especially planning approval procedures under federal law), and ensuring the quality of all required documentation. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Environmental Engineering, Spatial Planning, or a related field, coupled with professional experience managing complex authorization processes for major infrastructure projects. This role requires strong project management skills, interdisciplinary collaboration, and fluent German proficiency to successfully coordinate with authorities, citizens, and stakeholders.
