Job Summary

This part-time role (20 hours/week) involves supporting cost controlling and reporting for large-scale infrastructure projects. The specialist will be responsible for monitoring various financial transactions, including orders, invoices, bookings, guarantees, and provisions, ensuring accurate financial oversight. Key tasks include preparing commercial project data for planning and control processes, and assisting commercial and technical project management with budget planning, billing, and invoice verification. The ideal candidate possesses a commercial vocational qualification, such as an Industrial Clerk or Office Management Clerk, or a degree in Business Administration or Economics, coupled with proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint and SAP. Experience in project controlling, accounting, and contract management, particularly within the construction or energy infrastructure sector, is highly advantageous.
