Job Summary

This role involves providing essential construction support and site management for the high-profile "Future Center for German Unity and European Transformation" project in Halle (Saale). The engineer will be responsible for technical supervision, particularly concerning underground and structural engineering aspects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and evaluating ground reports. Day-to-day tasks include advising stakeholders, coordinating project timelines, quality, and costs according to HOAI standards, and managing contracts for external planning services (HOAI Phases 1-9). The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or FH Diploma in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Underground/Traffic Systems or Infrastructure Planning. Experience in project or construction management within public administration or a planning office is advantageous, alongside familiarity with BIM and BNB procedures. This is a permanent position offering an opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant infrastructure project.
