Job Summary

The Technical University of Munich (TUM) is seeking an engaged and team-oriented In-house Consultant for the SAP HCM module to join its Central IT department. This full-time, permanent position involves the continuous development and support of SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT), working closely with internal departments and external consultants. Key responsibilities include translating functional requirements into technical concepts, implementing solutions within the SAP system, coordinating stakeholders, and participating in the SAP S/4HANA and other digitalization projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in SAP HCM, including customizing and scheme/rule framework knowledge. Strong conceptual skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in German and English are essential for success in this role within a leading international university environment.
