This position calls for a dedicated Onsite Technician to join the BFI Group, an established IT service provider, based at the Würzburg location. The primary responsibilities involve delivering independent IT service work and performing essential error analysis across hardware and standard software environments. You will be crucial in providing 1st and 2nd Level Support directly in customer situations and actively contributing to client IT projects. Key day-to-day duties include managing comprehensive client rollouts—encompassing client preparation, delivery, data migration, and profile setup—along with executing IMAC/R (Install, Move, Add, Change, Remove), Break & Fix services, and lifecycle management. Successful candidates must possess completed technical vocational training, initial professional experience in the IT field, and proven expertise in 1st and 2nd Level Support, including familiarity with ticketing systems.
