Job Summary

The BFI Group, an established IT service provider operating successfully in the German market since 1998, is seeking an IT Technician to join their team in Düsseldorf. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency, focusing on hands-on client support and system administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing IT tickets according to ITSM processes, installing and provisioning client devices, and managing user and device objects within Active Directory. You will also be responsible for password management, asset management (database entries and list maintenance), and setting up/dismantling IT workstations, including necessary cabling. The ideal candidate must have a completed vocational training in the IT field and at least three years of project experience in an IT environment. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365, along with good administrative skills in Active Directory, are essential.
