This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of complex IT system environments, primarily focusing on 1st and 2nd level support and troubleshooting. The Desktop Support Administrator will be responsible for processing support tickets while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing customer communication via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and providing regular status updates and documentation. Key tasks include remote analysis and resolution through incident and change management, system environment administration and monitoring, as well as essential software maintenance and patch management. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical vocational qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and possesses initial professional experience in these areas, coupled with good knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
