Job Summary

This role seeks four dedicated Laboratory Associates to join a client in the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region on a permanent contract. The core responsibilities involve the independent planning and execution of complex bioanalytical method developments and validations, focusing primarily on ligand binding assays and cell-based assays used for determining drug concentrations or antibodies in various matrices. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing clinical and preclinical samples, optimizing laboratory processes, and ensuring strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, including meticulous documentation. Ideal candidates possess a natural science degree (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc.), strong protein biochemical knowledge, and practical experience with bioanalytical methods like ELISA and ECL.
