This role involves working in the operations and fault management center (Leitstelle Digitalfunk BOS Bayern) for the Bavarian Public Safety Digital Radio Network (BOS), ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted radio operations for approximately 500,000 emergency responders (fire, police, rescue, etc.). Day-to-day tasks include monitoring the current operational status of the digital radio system, coordinating troubleshooting efforts and technician deployments for over 1,000 sites, and acting as the First Level Support contact for users regarding service restrictions and inquiries. The position requires shift work within a flexible model.
