Job Summary

This role requires an engaged technical professional to serve as a Project Coordinator within the Project Management Office (PMO), specializing in large-scale customer solutions within Electrical Power Engineering and Energy Infrastructure. The coordinator assumes overall responsibility for major projects, guiding them from initial planning through successful realization and final acceptance. Key daily tasks involve coordinating sub-projects, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring timely, economic, and high-quality execution. The position demands meticulous creation and maintenance of project plans, status reports, and comprehensive documentation. Furthermore, the coordinator is responsible for managing claims, changes, and contract amendments, as well as overseeing acceptance procedures. Acting as the central point of contact, the role requires excellent coordination of internal and external stakeholders, including customers and authorities, while also providing technical expertise and calculation support to the sales team for contract preparation. This position is vital for advancing modern energy infrastructures and contributing significantly to the energy transition.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Technology) or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in leading and coordinating large-scale projects in a technical environment
  • Professional experience in electrical energy infrastructure (ideally)
  • In-depth knowledge of Project Management, ideally with certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2 or comparable)
