Job Summary

This Senior Professional System Engineer role, focusing on Quality Management (QM), is vital for maintaining and advancing the IT infrastructure of the Federal Employment Agency (BA). You will be responsible for the continuous development, maintenance, and improvement of the IT System House's Quality Management System. Day-to-day tasks involve introducing and optimizing critical QM methods and standards, including Root Cause Analysis (e.g., 5-Why, Ishikawa), process models (Automotive SPICE, CMMI), and risk management techniques (FMEA, ISO 14971). Furthermore, you will plan and conduct internal audits, advise leadership on quality issues, and moderate organizational improvement processes. The position requires a university degree, preferably in Informatics or Business Informatics, coupled with extensive professional experience in QM system development and fundamental knowledge of software and infrastructure operations. This temporary, full-time role offers significant flexibility, allowing up to 80% remote work.
