Job Summary

This role is for a Senior Professional System Engineer within the IT System House of the Federal Employment Agency (BA), focusing on the critical EFA (Electronic Facility and Asset Management) system. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining this comprehensive IT solution, which manages the BA's extensive real estate portfolio using integrated ERP components like SAP RE-FX and PS. Day-to-day tasks involve system planning, performance analysis, software customization and updates, technical troubleshooting (2nd Level Support), and ensuring high system availability and security. The team operates using agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe). Key qualifications include a university degree in Informatics or a related field, several years of relevant professional experience, and fundamental knowledge of SAP RE-FX, PS, and S/4HANA conversion processes.
