Job Summary

This Specialist Product Manager role focuses on developing and managing central Storage solutions (S3, SAN, File Storage) within the IT System House of the Federal Employment Agency (BA), one of Germany's largest IT landscapes. The incumbent will be the primary responsible party for this domain, driving the technical development and architecture of new products and services, particularly focusing on high availability, performance, and IT security (ISO 27001 compliance). Day-to-day tasks include concept creation for SAN and File Storage, budget planning, and the technical steering of personnel resources. The role requires deep expertise in storage infrastructure, product lifecycle management, and specific vendor products like Pure, Netapp, and Brocade.
