Job Summary

This role is centered on developing the next generation of IT professionals for the German Federal Employment Agency (BA) IT System House in Nuremberg, which manages one of Germany's largest IT landscapes. The instructor will be responsible for mentoring groups of junior staff, including apprentices specializing in System Integration and IT students, ensuring their training adheres to the Vocational Training Act (BBiG). Daily tasks involve designing, organizing, and independently conducting specialized qualification modules, workshops, and seminars to impart crucial IT expertise. Furthermore, the instructor collaborates closely with external educational bodies (like the IHK and vocational schools) and actively participates in the recruitment and performance assessment of trainees. The ideal candidate must possess a university degree, relevant pedagogical qualifications, and several years of professional experience, with desirable knowledge in server infrastructure, virtualization, and scripting.
