Job Summary
This role is for an Onsite IT Technician based in Berlin, focusing on providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level client and mobile support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Windows 10 and macOS environments, supporting iOS and Android devices, and handling Mobile Device Management. Key tasks include assisting end-users with new device setup and data migration, maintaining printer services, and performing IT hardware delivery, installation, and consultation. The position also involves managing user data and IT hardware within customer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of meeting rooms.
