Job Summary

This role seeks an Innovation Manager to strengthen the development team focused on integrating new technologies into existing and future military land systems. The core responsibilities involve coordinating research and development (R&D) and research and technology (R&T) activities, while continuously performing market observation and technology scouting to identify relevant partners and emerging technologies from research and industry. Day-to-day tasks include drafting proposals for R&D planning, managing current activities, generating progress reports, and ensuring alignment of R&D efforts across the KNDS group. Candidates must hold a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics, demonstrating excellent analytical abilities, strong technical understanding, and superior communication and negotiation skills. Professional experience in Systems Engineering or Innovation Management is beneficial.
