Job Summary

This role is pivotal in establishing and operating a new Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) offering for the Austrian Post. The Systems Technician will lead a small team (2-3 people) to ensure the smooth operational running of the MVNO, coordinating the technical setup, including processes, channels, and interfaces with internal and external partners. Key responsibilities involve taking ownership of the MVNO systems, managing incident resolution, and driving continuous development alongside partners. The successful candidate will also be responsible for SIM/eSIM management, conducting supplier negotiations, and ensuring accurate billing and compliance with all regulatory requirements through appropriate reporting. This position requires a university degree or equivalent long-term industry experience, excellent telecommunications knowledge, and proven leadership skills, offering a future-oriented job with flexible hours and home office options.
