Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager | Data Engineer

Job Summary

This critical role seeks an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and coordinate group-wide IT programs focused on enhancing Cybersecurity and IT Resilience across the Austrian Post Group and its subsidiaries in 12 countries. Reporting directly to the Group CISO, you will be responsible for setting up robust reporting structures, ensuring commitment through proactive stakeholder management, and commercially and strategically guiding external service providers. Key responsibilities include advancing group-wide Cybersecurity Frameworks in collaboration with security experts, conducting maturity analyses, and preparing essential decision-making documents. Candidates must possess a university degree in Informatics or a related field, coupled with several years of IT Project Management experience in a large corporate setting. The position requires strong IT and Cybersecurity knowledge, lateral leadership skills, and the ability to independently drive initiatives.
