Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent performance of complex histopathological procedures on clinical samples, conducting and evaluating liquid biopsies (serum, plasma, CSF) using automated laboratory systems, and meticulous processing of samples within a LIMS-based environment. A critical aspect of the role is ensuring strict adherence to and documentation of quality standards in a clinical laboratory, alongside performing defined quality controls and collaborating within an international, English-speaking team. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma in Biology, Chemistry, or a related life science, coupled with relevant professional experience. Key qualifications include expertise in automated laboratory equipment software, strong IT skills (Google Workspace), and fluent communication in both English and German.
