Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary operations specialist for Polarion ALM, providing essential end-user support for system queries, workflows, and document management. Key responsibilities include analyzing recurring issues to develop sustainable solutions, planning and executing user training and onboarding sessions to ensure efficient and compliant Polarion usage. The specialist will also be crucial in developing and optimizing Velocity-based Render Macros for LiveDocs and Wiki pages, managing custom tables, traceability matrices, and dynamic content. A core function is the creation, management, and execution of test cases, coordinating various testing scenarios (regression, UAT) while adhering to strict regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO). This position requires a background in IT or Engineering, deep knowledge of ALM processes, and proficiency in Velocity scripting, HTML, and the Polarion SDK/API, offering a stable, full-time position within a large engineering services firm.

Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience with Lifecycle Processes and Project Structures
- Professional experience with Polarion ALM Modules
- Experience in Velocity-Scripting, HTML, and Polarion SDK/API
- Experience with test management in regulated environments
- Professional experience in compliance frameworks (ISO, FDA)
