Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support within a leading global IT infrastructure services provider. The specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of critical server infrastructure, including file, print, and proxy servers, as well as managing DHCP and potentially domain controllers. Key tasks include ticket processing, installing and managing standard software, executing data backups and restorations, and performing hands-on hardware support, including component replacement. The ideal candidate possesses solid foundational knowledge in server administration, practical experience with DHCP and backup procedures, and good German and English language skills, making them a crucial link in maintaining robust IT operations for large enterprises and the public sector.
