Job Summary

This role seeks a highly organized Data Conversion Technician to manage the seamless data migration for new clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing proven tools for data conversion, proactively addressing technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the development team. A crucial aspect of the job involves direct, professional communication with customers, where you will clearly explain technical processes and resolve inquiries. The position offers exceptional flexibility in scheduling, accommodating various working styles (early or late hours). Key qualifications include a background as a certified IT Specialist, deep familiarity with databases, and expertise in handling diverse operating systems. While scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, Perl, etc.) is beneficial, a strong aptitude for self-learning is acceptable. This role requires excellent self-management and reliable adherence to deadlines. While offering significant home office flexibility, candidates must reside near Erfurt and commit to working in the office twice weekly to collaborate with the team.
