Job Summary

This role is situated within the Corporate Bank Production, specifically supporting the critical Payments area within Cash Management. The specialist will provide 24/7 'Follow the Sun' support for business-critical payment and foreign exchange platforms, including retail, bulk, instant, and check payments. Day-to-day activities include collaborating globally with development and infrastructure stakeholders to identify risks, resolve issues, and manage change conflicts, driving process and platform optimization. A core focus is on continuous service improvement, leveraging data and analytics to reduce technical debt and enhance system availability. The successful candidate will manage Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for rapid problem resolution, lead vendor teams, and establish governance models to track performance, ensuring the stability and efficiency of production applications.
