The core responsibilities involve automating HR business processes and workflows using tools like Power Apps and Power Automate. Day-to-day tasks include managing the entire automation backlog lifecycle—from requirement gathering and creating user stories to testing, acceptance, and training. You will ensure the operational sanity and compliance (Audit & Compliance) of HR systems, perform low-code implementations, and efficiently monitor and troubleshoot identified system issues. Collaboration with agile development teams is key to understanding requirements and developing efficient solutions.
