Job Summary

This leadership role within the Private Bank's Chief Operating Office (COO) involves driving the entire spectrum of strategic COO initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation. The Head of Strategic Initiatives leads a small team to structure complex issues, develop Target Operating Models, and advance digitalization, process excellence, and organizational design efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating concepts, solution proposals, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for strategic topics, and preparing high-level presentations for the Private Bank Executive Committee (ExCo) and steering committees. The successful candidate will act as a key sparring partner for business units, actively supporting efficiency gains, growth promotion, and digital transformation. Key qualifications include several years of experience in strategy, project management, or consulting within Financial Services, combined with proven leadership ability and fluent communication skills in both English and German.
