This role places you within the Siemens Mobility "Expert House," focusing on cutting-edge national and international rail technology projects, including new generations of battery and hydrogen-powered trains. Day-to-day responsibilities involve specializing in the commissioning, system integration, warranty, and maintenance of rail vehicles. You will perform independent fault analysis and troubleshooting, supported by innovative IT systems, clarify technical interfaces with various project stakeholders, and assist project management. A key component of the role is participating in customer acceptances at railway depots and partner workshops worldwide, requiring extensive international travel and flexibility regarding shift work. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and possesses good command of both German and English.
