Job Summary

This role involves serving as the System Integrator for Technical Documentation within Research & Development, focusing on the technical support and continuous development of a globally utilized Content Management System (CMS), specifically COSIMA. The professional will ensure the secure and high-performing operation of the CMS, leveraging an IT background to integrate modern documentation strategies like Docs as Code, Content Delivery, and semantic information models into the existing system landscape. Key responsibilities include CMS administration, managing IT infrastructure maintenance, coordinating technical requirements with vendors, and developing CI/CD pipelines for integrating user documentation into the software development process. The integrator will also provide technical first-level support, training, and consultation to global documentation teams, driving process optimization and automation to build a scalable and future-proof documentation infrastructure.
