Job Summary

The Project Specialist will be responsible for independently managing commercial aspects and supporting the execution of complex projects within Siemens Mobility's service depot in Dortmund. Key daily tasks include processing commercial matters, assisting with proposal creation, and ensuring project adherence to contractual rights and internal guidelines. The role involves analyzing and commenting on customer and supplier contracts, negotiating terms (often in collaboration with the legal department), and managing project controlling, including profitability monitoring, cost calculations, and risk analysis. A core focus is on financial oversight, such as monitoring payment rates, initiating dunning procedures, and contributing to quarterly and annual financial statements.
