Job Summary

This role is for an experienced and dedicated IT Service Owner passionate about innovative IT solutions, focusing on the intersection of technology and business departments. The core responsibilities include the operation and continuous development of R&D applications and services, specifically mentioning PRO.FILE and SolidWorks. The Service Owner will manage and coordinate external service providers, conceptualize and implement Data Services, including a Power BI infrastructure, and ensure smooth operation and continuous optimization of IT services. Key requirements include a degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent IT training, extensive experience in IT Service Management and Application Management, and proven knowledge of databases like MS SQL Server and Progress.
