Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for the consultation and sale of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) products and systems within a designated sales territory (Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Cologne). The representative will primarily engage with installers, system builders, and trade partners. Day-to-day duties include consulting new and existing clients, supporting their long-term development, and understanding their specific project needs to propose optimal product and system solutions. A key focus is increasing market penetration, managing the quote generation process, leading negotiations, and securing orders, all while intensively utilizing the CRM system to ensure high sales efficiency. Candidates must be able to recognize market trends, particularly regarding digitalization in building technology, and develop innovative sales and support strategies. This position offers attractive flexibility, including 2-3 days per week of mobile working, and significant opportunities for professional growth.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed technical degree or technical vocational training combined with long-term professional experience to acquire equivalent knowledge.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Building Automation, HVAC, MCR, or Technical Building Equipment (TGA)
  • Knowledge of market conditions and competitive landscape in the sector
  • Experience developing and implementing sales campaigns and initiatives
  • Professional experience in customer consultation and building trust-based relationships with partners and team members

Additional

  • Must cover the sales territory of Dortmund, Düsseldorf, and Cologne. Requires a highly independent and responsible approach to daily business.
