The position requires strong commercial acumen, experience in project management with external clients, and expertise in protection and substation control technology portfolios. Successful candidates must have an electrical engineering background, proficiency with SAP, and negotiation-level German and good English skills to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and the sales team, including participation in contract negotiations.
