Job Summary

This critical role involves leading complex energy technology projects, focusing on the successful implementation of medium and low-voltage switchgear, protection, and control systems for customers across Germany, including data centers and grid operators. As Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and technical specification through implementation and final closure, ensuring optimal results by closely managing budget, quality, and deadlines. A key responsibility is enabling Smart Buildings by integrating various trades and utilizing intelligent data processing. You will also coordinate subcontractors, provide technical leadership to commissioning teams, and support the sales team by contributing customer knowledge during the bidding phase. Candidates must possess a technical degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering (or equivalent qualification like a Master Craftsman/Technician) and demonstrable experience in electrical energy systems, project management, and relevant standards. This position requires a proactive, structured individual who thrives on responsibility and customer interaction, offering a chance to shape the future of smart infrastructure.

Required Skills

Education

Technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Automation Technology) OR comparable vocational training with further qualification as Master Craftsman/Technician

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical energy systems setup and operation
  • Professional experience with products and systems from leading low and medium-voltage technology manufacturers
  • Project management experience (ideally)
  • Familiarity with contract law, claim management, and energy technology standards (VDE, DIN)
