Job Summary

This critical role seeks an experienced Construction Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering to oversee large-scale building projects across the Greater Berlin area, including modern industrial facilities, hospitals, and office complexes. The successful candidate will wear the white hard hat, acting as the central point of contact for clients and managing all aspects of electrical, medium-voltage, and low-voltage systems. Daily responsibilities include technical supervision of installation and commissioning, rigorous resource and schedule planning, cost control, generating site surveys (Aufmaße), handling customer change requests, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations (DIN/VDE). This position requires a strong background in electrical energy systems, proven site management experience, and a completed electrical engineering qualification (preferably Master Craftsman/Technician level).
