Job Summary

As a Senior Bid Manager at Siemens Mobility, you will be instrumental in securing complex rail automation and electrification projects within the Customer Services Rail Infrastructure division. Your core responsibilities include developing competitive proposals in collaboration with international regional units, defining comprehensive bid and execution strategies, and steering multidisciplinary bid teams (including Engineering and IT). You will manage critical PM@Mobility milestones, ensure strict adherence to internal processes and Quality Gates, and may present project strategies up to the executive management level. Upon successful bidding, you will transition to the Project Manager role for the headquarters portion of the contract. This role requires strong technical leadership, expertise in project management tools like ROCCIT and SAP, and fluent command of both German and English, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of sustainable mobility in an international, hybrid work environment.
