Job Summary

This exciting R&D role is ideal for an Electrical Engineer seeking to launch their career by ensuring product safety and compliance for Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear. Day-to-day responsibilities involve organizing and executing various development and type tests, sometimes involving high voltages up to 170,000 Volts, on air-insulated (AIS) and gas-insulated (GIS) systems up to 40.5 kV and 50 kA. The engineer will act as a consultant to development projects, providing guidance on standard requirements, particularly IEC 62271, and specific testing procedures including high voltage, temperature rise, impulse, and short-time current. The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and initial professional experience, including relevant internships. Required Skills
