Job Summary

A key responsibility is conducting training sessions for both external customers and internal support staff. Candidates must hold a PhD in Bioinformatics or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree plus at least five years of relevant experience, including a minimum of three years working directly with NGS technologies. Practical experience designing, developing, and deploying bioinformatics pipelines for NGS applications like Whole Exome/Genome Sequencing is essential, along with familiarity with Linux systems.
